Appointments
Basic info: Rolfing sessions at Northeast Rolfing are available at both InnerSpring Wellbeing in Stow, MA and the home office in Milford, PA, alternating about every two weeks between the two. Some clients schedule once per month in either location. Others do a session early in the 2-week period and another later. Prices are $160 per session in Stow and $140 per session in Milford. Sessions include Cold Laser Therapy and PEMF treatment as needed.

Prepare for a Session
- Complete the Intake Form.
- Wear or bring appropriate clothing. For Rolfing, clients are not always draped, so clients should wear clothes that are comfortable for diagnostics -- walking, standing, sitting. Most men wear underwear or swim trunks for loose shorts. Women can wear underwear or shorts, and tank top, or alternately, a bra, or two-piece swimwear. Please do not wear a sports bra with wide straps that blocks access to the back or cycling shorts. If you are not comfortable with any of the above, wear what you want, and we'll work with it.
- Plan for payment - bring checkbook, credit card, cash, or Venmo. Most clients pay by the session, while some pay ahead or for the entire 10-Series.

Payment Info
Rolfing sessions are $160 in the Stow, MA office and $140 in Milford, PA. Laser treatments, if appropriate, are included in the price. These prices apply 10-Series sessions as well as general Rolfing treatments.
Clients pay at time of service with credit card, check, cash, or Venmo. Checks should be made out to Richard Paterson. Longer sessions for those traveling longer distances or needing more work are available for an additional fee.
Do not let inability to pay prevent you from getting needed work. Schedule an assessment and as part of that, ask about alternate payment options.
